The repair
Once diagnostics have been completed, approved, and paid for, we move straight on to the repair. Depending on workload and parts availability, we can often have your top box repaired and turned around the same day, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
Warranty
All repairs carried out by BER include a 90‑day warranty covering the components we replace and the work performed. If any repaired part fails within this period under normal use, we’ll inspect and correct the issue at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure long‑lasting, reliable repairs you can depend on.
Payment
As a small, independent operation, we don’t offer credit accounts. All payments are handled via invoice, which includes your full estimate and a secure link to pay through our web portal. This keeps the process simple, transparent, and fast so we can get your repair underway without delay.
